Daisy's Daughters Women's Ministry (DDWM)
Scripture clearly supports women mentoring other women. In Titus 2:3-5, older women are commanded to teach and guide younger women in righteous living, marriage, and godly conduct. This reflects a legacy of women walking alongside one another in faith, as seen in stories like Naomi and Ruth, where guidance and encouragement shaped lives and communities.

Meet the Visionary Behind Dare2Dream
Overseer Sheletta Beverly is a dedicated servant-leader, mentor, and faith-driven visionary committed to empowering individuals to grow spiritually and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. A native of Rustburg, Virginia, she is also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces, bringing discipline, compassion, and resilience to both her ministry and professional life.
Sheletta answered her call to ministry in 1999 and has faithfully served for over two decades. She was licensed to preach the Gospel in 2004, ordained as an Elder in 2010, and elevated to the office of Overseer in 2024. Her ministry reflects a deep commitment to spiritual growth, biblical teaching, and transformational leadership. She humbly submits her ministry under the leadership of Dr. Kelvin Pleasent, Presiding Bishop of iMPACT Conference of Churches in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Academically, Sheletta has pursued excellence in both education and ministry. She graduated with honors from Savannah Technical College in 2006, earning dual Associate Degrees in Marketing Management and Early Childhood Education. She furthered her theological training at Jacksonville Theological Seminary, where she earned a Bachelor of Ministry in Christian Education in 2008 and a Master of Ministry in 2018.
In her role as Mentor of Spiritual Growth & Development with Dare2Dream Mentoring Services, Sheletta is passionate about helping individuals deepen their faith, discover their unique purpose, and experience true transformation. Through mentorship, teaching, and community engagement, she creates opportunities for individuals and families to grow spiritually, build confidence, and live purpose-driven lives.
Professionally, Sheletta serves with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she continues her commitment to service and care for the nation’s finest—our veterans.
Sheletta resides in Lynchburg, Virginia with her husband, Wayne, of 35 years. Together, they are the proud parents of four adult children and grandparents of seven, cherishing the importance of faith, family, and legacy.

With a strong commitment to personal growth and development, he brings a fresh and engaging approach to mentoring youth and young adults.
In his role as Mentor and Career Development Specialist
with Dare2Dream Mentoring Services, Devaury is focused on equipping individuals
with the tools, confidence, and strategies needed to succeed academically and
professionally. He provides guidance in career exploration, goal setting, and
workforce readiness, helping participants align their skills and interests with
purposeful opportunities.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Devaury is
continuing his academic journey by pursuing a Master’s degree at the University
of Miami, further strengthening his commitment to growth and excellence.
Through mentorship, education, and encouragement, Devaury
is committed to helping others unlock their potential and take bold steps
toward a brighter future.

Carla D. Waller brings over 25 years of dedicated experience working with families and children, with a specialization in early childhood education and special needs. Since 2005, Carla has served as an educator with the Liberty County School System where she is impacting the lives of young people.
She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Savannah Technical College and is deeply passionate about empowering children and families through mentorship, guidance, and faith-centered support.
In her role as Mentor of Family & Children Services with Dare2Dream Mentoring Services, Carla is committed to inspiring hope, building confidence, and fostering both spiritual and personal growth while addressing the practical needs of families. Her approach is rooted in compassion, wisdom, and a genuine desire to see individuals thrive.
Carla serves as a positive role model who reflects strong Christian values. She encourages purpose-driven living and supports families as they navigate life’s challenges with faith, resilience, and integrity. Her presence brings encouragement, stability, and inspiration to those she serves.

Brittany Belcher-Powell is a dedicated and compassionate leader with a heart for serving military-connected families. With a strong commitment to mentorship and advocacy, she brings valuable experience in supporting children and families as they navigate the unique challenges of military life.
Brittany earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Norfolk State University and has served 11 years in the military--currently CPT (promotable) as a logistics officer.
In her role as Mentor of Military & Veteran Affairs with Dare2Dream Mentoring Services, Brittany serves as a vital bridge between military families and the resources they need to thrive. She is passionate about empowering families through guidance, encouragement, and faith-centered support, helping them build resilience during times of transition, deployment, and reintegration.
Her work reflects a deep dedication to strengthening family units, uplifting children, and ensuring that those who serve our country are supported both practically and spiritually.

In her role as Mentor of Finance & Business Consulting with Dare2Dream Mentoring Services, Felicia provides personalized guidance and strategic support to individuals and small business owners. She equips clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to make sound financial decisions, grow their businesses, and create lasting impact within their communities.
